• College data views based on historical admission cut-off data
• College comparison tools using publicly available information
• Mock test rank estimation based on historical trends
• General information lookup related to NEET colleges and exams
Important: ACEit does not provide counselling, advisory, or admission guarantee services.

Premium access may be activated based on your payment and account verification method.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered account and login credentials.

4. Subscription & Pricing
• Premium plan price: ₹199 per month (unless stated otherwise)
• Pricing may change in the future; changes will apply prospectively

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g. PayU).
ACEit does not store complete card, UPI, or bank details on its servers.
6. Activation
Premium access is activated digitally after successful payment.
No physical goods are delivered.

ACEit operates as a digital information platform.
All services are delivered electronically through online tools and interfaces.
No physical goods or offline services are provided.
8. Refunds

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

ACEit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

All site content, bot flows, logic, text, and materials are owned by ACEitPrep or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimers
• All insights are based on historical, publicly available admission data.
• ACEit does not guarantee accuracy, admissions, ranks, seat allotments, or outcomes.
• The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACEitPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunities or outcomes, arising from your use of the Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate these Terms
• Fraud or abuse is suspected
You may stop using the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
