Cancellation Policy

ACEit offers one-time digital access plans and does not currently provide automatically recurring subscriptions. Therefore, users are not required to cancel any future recurring payment.

Once payment is successfully completed and premium access is activated, the purchased plan cannot be cancelled, paused, transferred, exchanged or converted into another plan. A user may stop using the service at any time; however, discontinuing use will not automatically qualify the user for a refund.

Refund requests may be considered only in the circumstances described in our Refund Policy, such as:

• A duplicate payment;

• Payment being deducted but premium access not being activated due to a technical issue attributable to ACEit; or

• Any other case specifically accepted by ACEit after verification.
